1 - Booking:
a deposit of 30% is
payable to secure the reservation after confirmation of
availability. Your reservation is only confirmed after receipt of
this deposit. This deposit is non-refundable.
2 – Balance payable:
the balance due is payable on
arrival.
3 - Number of
people:
the total due will be
charged based on the number of guests staying. Children under the
age of two years stay free.
4 - Cancellation of
reservation:
the whole of the
deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
5 – Arrival
and departure times:
weekly bookings
usually go from Saturday to Saturday, unless agreed otherwise at the
time of booking. Arrival time: 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Please let us know
if you expect to arrive later or in case of delay. Latest departure
time is 10 a.m. on Saturday.

Guarantee: a refundable
deposit of 150 Euro is payable on arrival as a guarantee in case of
breakage or damage. This amount is refundable in full on departure,
minus any amounts due for breakage, damage, cleaning or other
chargeable extras.
7 - Extra:
any extra services are
payable during your stay or on departure.
